Firm Profile

The Firm was founded in January, 1998 by John Lawlor and Andrew Winston with the overriding goal to represent the interests and to protect the rights of consumers and those injured due to the fault of others while providing client-centered representation and emphasizing the personal service, cost effectiveness and quality representation that a small Firm is best able to provide. In March 1999, the Firm was joined by Cam Justice and thereafter was known as Lawlor, Winston & Justice.

At this time, Lawlor, Winston & Justice represents clients from all walks of life, including individuals, families, businesses and professionals.  The lawyers have built on their base of experience with other firms specializing in defending insurance companies and strive to establish and maintain the very highest ethical and moral standards.   The Firm’s practice was built, not through advertising, but through word of mouth and reputation.

The Firm’s lawyers combine rich and varied backgrounds and life experience with the determination to provide the very best representation and advice to their clients.  We fully expect and welcome the challenges presented by difficult or complex cases, and are proud to report an unusually high success rate with such matters.

All Firm Partners are proud to be EAGLE members of the Florida Justice Association, the Broward County Justice Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and The Million Dollar Advocates Forum.  By participating in these organizations, Lawlor, Winston & Justice helps ensure that the fight to protect our clients is carried out at the highest and most effective levels.

Our commitment to the people of Florida does not end with legal representation.  The Firm has long been involved in local charities and community organizations, including The Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, The COSAC Foundation (providing homeless relief), The Broward County Guardian Ad Litem Program (representing abused and neglected children), the annual Broward County Parks Holiday Festival of Lights, and The Florida Bar Grievance Committee.

The combined strength, training and experience of the Firm’s partners allow Lawlor, Winston & Justice to effectively represent the most unjustly wronged citizens.  It is our honor and privilege to make our services available to those in need.  We welcome inquiry, and strongly suggest you consult your local Bar Association, The Florida Bar, The Kentucky Bar Association, and any of the organizations listed above regarding our reputation.
